• Cloud hosting providers

3.2 Creator Program

If you participate in the Creator Program, your Stripe Connect account information is shared with Stripe to facilitate payouts. Buyers who purchase your content will see your username and public profile information.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

3.4 Business Transfers

If iCheck is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Identity verification documents are retained according to regulatory requirements and then securely deleted.

The App is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
