By accessing or using iCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a subscription or making in-app purchases:

You authorize us to charge your payment method
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can cancel subscriptions through your App Store settings
Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy

7. Creator Monetization

Creators may earn money through the Service via subscriptions, tips, and product sales. Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws. We reserve the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iCheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCheck and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
